Delivery confidence when you need it — prompts, templates, community.

PM101

Core purpose

To put the working PM's reference library one keystroke away — prompts, templates and frameworks searchable in the moment they're needed, not in the moment they were filed.

01 — The problem

Project managers waste hours hunting for the right template, the right prompt, the right framework — usually under deadline. The reference material exists, it just isn't searchable in the moment that matters.

02 — The approach

I built a search-first interface around 500+ AI prompts and 100+ templates, organised by the actual work — running a sprint, reporting to stakeholders, starting a new project — with a keyboard shortcut to anything.

03 — The outcome

A working PM's command line. Open, search, ship — no sign-up to browse, no friction to apply.

Core features

What it actually does.

  • F.01

    ⌘K everything

A single command palette indexes every prompt, template, framework and article — no menus, no hunting.

  • F.02

    500+ prompts

Curated for the moments PMs actually use AI — risk, agile, stakeholders, sprint planning.

  • F.03

    100+ templates

Status reports, charters, RACI matrices, retros — copy-ready and free of consultant fluff.

  • F.04

    Open by default

No sign-up to browse. The barrier to applying a template should be one click, not five.

How it was built

Under the bonnet.

Stack
React + Tailwind, client-side search index for sub-100ms results.
Information architecture
Categorised by job-to-be-done, not by artefact type — 'reporting to stakeholders' beats 'documents > reports'.
Keyboard model
Search first, mouse optional — the entire surface is reachable from the home row.
Community
A growing space for PMs to share what they wish they'd had earlier in their career.
