AI-PM Learning Space
A guided journey for project managers learning to work with AI.

Core purpose
To give project managers a calm, paced environment to build genuine fluency with AI — not a course to finish, but a place to come back to whenever the work changes.
01 — The problem
Project managers know AI is reshaping their work, but most learning resources are written for engineers. There was no calm, paced environment that takes a delivery lead from curiosity to confidence.
02 — The approach
I designed a four-level pathway — modules, scenarios, tools and a playground — wrapped in a deep-space identity that signals exploration. Every module is bite-sized; nothing demands a sequence. The interface gets out of the way so the practice can lead.
03 — The outcome
A self-serve learning space where PMs can build prompting fluency in minutes a day, return to revisit, and apply techniques to real artefacts inside the playground.
Core features
What it actually does.
F.01
Four-level pathway
Modules, scenarios, tools and playground — non-linear, with progress tracked locally so revisiting feels like opening a notebook, not restarting a course.
F.02
Scenario library
Real PM situations — kickoff briefs, status updates, risk reviews — paired with the prompts that handle them well.
F.03
Tools directory
A curated, opinionated index of AI tools mapped to the moments in a delivery cycle they actually help with.
F.04
Live playground
An in-page sandbox to try prompts against your own artefacts without leaving the learning context.
How it was built
Under the bonnet.
- Stack
- React, Tailwind, Vite. Local state only — no backend required to learn.
- Identity
- Deep-space gradient system, soft glows and quiet typography to make the experience feel like exploration, not a syllabus.
- Content model
- Modules and scenarios authored as typed records so the curriculum can grow without touching the UI.
- Performance
- Code-split per learning level; first paint kept under one second on mid-range devices.
